PRENATAL YOGA PROGRAM
Classes are every Tuesday from 6:00pm - 7:00pm
$30 drop in class or $120 for the full 5 week program
Our Prenatal Yoga classes are designed to support you through every stage of your pregnancy journey. In these gentle yet empowering sessions, you’ll move through safe, intentional postures, breathwork, and deep relaxation practices that help relieve tension, build strength, and prepare your body for birth.

Our Inner Child Healing Women’s Circle is an invitation to meet the younger parts of yourself with compassion — to nurture the wounds, reawaken the wonder, and reclaim the parts of you that may have been left behind.
Through guided meditation, journaling, embodiment practices, and heartfelt sharing, we create a container of safety and sisterhood — where every emotion is welcome, and healing happens through presence and connection.

Twerk and Heal
Twerk and Heal is an in person workshop with a focus on womb healing through breath-work, movement and tantra. Through these sacred tantra practices you may conjure a higher sense of sensuality and vulnerability to experience true pleasure and bliss.
However, impurities may begin to come to surface in order for true healing to begin. Ladi Earth will be your guide for this workshop to support you through this journey of spiritual work and self discovery.Always remember, healing is not a linear process. We at Twerk and Heal understand this, therefore we curate a safe and fun space for your journey.
The first 20 minutes, we will settle in, introduce ourselves and set an intention for the next 2 hours. What do you expect to get out of the workshop? What would you like to heal from? What would you like revealed after/during this class?
The next hour we will be getting deeper into our sensuality using all 5 senses accompanied by our goodie bag that we will provide every attendee. We will take time moving SLOW connecting with our sensual selves, for ourselves and understand what that looks like for each of us. You may discover some kinks, new liked sensations, etc. It is your journey!
The last hour we will spend time DEEP breathing! We will allow our breath to take over our consious state and allowing any thoughts to run through us as we heal and move forward with our movement and touch.
The only thing you will need to bring is a yoga mat (if you do not want the studios), and yourself.
For attire please come in something that makes you feel yummy, sensual, sexy, and comfortable. We will be touching our skin so i do recommend clothing that is not very covering. This is time to reveal your skin and not be ashamed of your soft body. We want to embrace, honor, and celebrate it all.

Mental Health Awareness Month Yoga and Journaling Event

Sunset Sound Bath Meditation
A Sunset Soundbath Meditation is a deeply restorative experience that combines the natural beauty of the setting sun with the healing vibrations of sound. As the day transitions into evening, participants are invited to relax in a comfortable seated or lying-down position, outdoors or in a space with a view of the sky.
The session begins with gentle breathwork and guided mindfulness to help ground into the present moment. Then, a variety of therapeutic instruments are played in a continuous, harmonious flow. These sounds create vibrational frequencies that encourage the body to enter a parasympathetic state, calming the nervous system and quieting the mind.
The fading light of sunset enhances the meditative experience, offering a symbolic letting go of the day and a return to inner stillness. No prior meditation experience is necessary. This session is open to all and designed to promote deep relaxation, emotional release, and a renewed sense of peace.

As we prepare to end this calendar year, there are repetitive cycles that need to come to an end. Whether you are ending a cycle of heartbreak, poverty, self hate, or any other thing that does not serve you, this is the ceremony for you. In this circle we will identify unhealthy behaviors that may block our path to growth and release them with a burning ceremony.

Flow Into Healing is a virtual yoga series that focuses on pranayama, gentle movement and self reflection. This yoga series is meant to assist individuals in creating their personal yoga practice, and incorporate different limbs of yoga that contribute to healing and personal development. Classes are every Wednesday from 6:00pm-7:30pm. Each session includes reflective journaling, breathwork and gentle yoga.

The Soul Good Day Retreat

Self Love Women’s Circle
Women’s healing circles provide a safe space for women to gather and connect with other women. Each circle has a theme that we will explore through journaling, discussion, movement and sound bath meditation.

Earthy Girl Book Swap and Yoga
Join us for a fun earthy girl event at the park. Bring your favorite picnic blanket, yoga mat, and a book you would like to share with someone!
