This gentle, all-levels yoga session will focus on grounding, breathwork, and releasing emotional tension, followed by a guided journaling experience designed to cultivate self-awareness, compassion, and resilience.

Whether you’re new to these practices or returning to deepen your connection, this is a safe space to reflect, reset, and remember that your mental well-being matters. Come as you are—leave feeling more centered, connected, and empowered.
